Add a button for documents to download always the version which would be send out
It would be handy if you could also make a print from the document you would send out by Document Dispatch. Now you can only choose e-mail or download, but if you would set up output type 'e-mail', it would be very handy that you can download or print the report you want to send with all options based in the report selection, attachments and other options.

Hi Christof, there are already several ways to provide the package. On the one hand, Download can also be configured in addition to the Email output type. Furthermore, the Print List output type could be used. Additionally, the user can download the attachment from the queue if the attachments are cleaned up at a later time. You can find more details about this in the documentation.
What we will unfortunately not implement is sending an email and simultaneously offering the file for download. From our perspective, this is not a good approach.
