Enhance DPS order Placeholders

We've noticed that the DPS-Order confirmation template has different placeholders than the placeholders used in dispatch profiles for manual EDS order confirmation. These come directly from Tegossuite as opposed to the ones for the DPS-Order. We would like to have the same placeholders for the DPS order confirmation. So an enhancement is needed in order to extend the DPS order table with the tegossuite Order.
