Extension of the Factbox Setup in the Module Setup

There should be the possibility in the EDS setup to hide e.g. the button "Send" and "Dialog dispatch". Some companies wish to use only the dialog dispatch to influence attachments and the text.
The risk is too great that some employees trigger the normal dispatch and thus send all defined attachments.
