It would make sense to adjust or influence the recipient of the order confirmation and, if necessary, the text during the automatic dispatch process (for document conversion), for example, from (1) offer to order or (2) contract to order.
If necessary, you do not want to address the master data e-mail recipient address here, but the one with whom you have agreed by telephone.
In our case, for example, it is the address of the carrier, which is not stored behind the business partner with whom we do business.
