Enhancement of EDS Partner Factbox

Currently the customer/vendor is displayed as EDS partner (=Yes),
if an entry exists in the EDS Business Partner table.
If there is no entry in the EDS Business Partner table for the customer/vendor, the customer/vendor is not an EDS partner.
Possible enhancement to make the Factbox more attractive:
Add another field "Activated = Yes/No" to the Factbox.
-The EDS partner is activated if the value of the field Activated = Yes in the EDS business partner table.
-The EDS partner is deactivated if the value of the field Activated = No in the EDS business partner table.
